Mo....the math you presented versus the other poster is much more plausible. I do think you your $50M might be on the low side for upfront money from a BP. B-OM rinse-n-spit has the potential to permeate the medical world quickly due to ease of use and safety and I believe BP knows this. Leo and Art are now in their 60s (Leo is 60 and Art is 63), and will likely slant toward a higher up front number. This is all IMO of course....let's watch and see who is closer ...I predict the deal will be $150M up front.
