I made a significant purchase at .045 so at that cost I was willing to hang on and see what happens. As to the shares sold today I may use today's proceeds to buy back in if the price drops below .02 or wait until after the split depending on how things work out. In my opinion top management is going to get their way and likely are unable to back away from the R/S.

Of course, something might happen that causes the stock to spike. If that were to occur I have enough shares to be very happy and a huge loss to offset the taxable gain............
