Mid-week update from selling.
O/S up 2.4M (some could be added with latest cash raise it should rise 6M more, I don't believe the convertible note could call in that many shares at once. )
DTC up 2.2M (big jump. I assume this is from private placement selling, old shares held before, possibly in connection to the cash raise and possibly the pre14A for those in the know)
