They shutdown the OTC path for good in the beginning of the year in the shareholder letter.

1st of all, we all know and the street know the OTC path is a short term revenue stream and can't be sustain over time. What do you got to lose? You barely muster a toxic 5MM to keep the operation going..

oh we have limited resource so we focus on a few items.. good.. You telling us the cream on trail path is 2 years away... more delay expected.. 3 years out at least..

now, all of a sudden the tablet is ready for export after a 4 months trail..

and yet we are voting for a RS with any ratio up to 500.

I'm not looking at dollarland..
