The bigger news for me is the cut-off date for receiving our shares of SWS along with how the shares will be distributed. This is huge considering SWS wants & plans to be trading on a major exchange in the near future ($2 - $4 minimum per share). Like I previously said, I have more faith & trust in SWS at this point. The ANDI shares that we will all still retain, for ANDI Mobile/ACPS/UTOPYA, will just be an extra at this point. GLTA!
