Excellent post. I agree with you Bud! First of all we know that Univec has a contract with the new owner of Agrimed (MRMD MOST LIKELY). Second of all we know that they file next week. Does that mean that Univec files next week too? Hard to say for sure but seems quite possible. Unless of course there is something even bigger that we do not know about yet. But it seems likely that we see filings in the next week or two because MRMD is waiting to announce that Agrimed deal and their future plans that they PR'd about frequently last October-December!

Let's also remember that some estimate our PPSI subsidiary to be worth a lot more that Dr Dalton's private HRI ($185 Million revs 2018). Those PPSI revs and MRMD contract alone could value this company at a couple of billion dollars cap (conservatively).
