Prior to my investing in CYDY (~3 yrs ago), I was heavily invested in AVXL. I'm convinced that A17 was part of the short attack that drove the sp into the ground. I see that he's still giving his black-cloud forecasts on that board as well as CYDY's. There's no question in my mind that he's shorting CYDY. You'll notice that he occasionally throws out a subtle and carefully crafted comment about still being optimistic that we'll "eventually" make it to the finish line, but I believe that's to throw people off the scent when they start accusing him of shorting. Although he constantly attacks management, which is fair game, he also attacks the science and throws out misleading statements about our progress and predictions about the competition. These are not the actions of a long-term investor.
