In regards to OTC filings...
BANT is Pink Current. Last OTC filing listed shows 2/20/2018:

I found a filing for BANT from Stout dated April 2, 2019 with the SEC:

Guess it's possible Stout's filing for ONCI through the SEC which seems it would bring us current. So...I'll be looking out for the SEC filing here:

TODAY, since technically it's the last day for filling if the Yield is to come off "THIS WEEK".
