Very good question,...
This is not my specialty , and many new things are happening here..
I believe it is not fully know yet.
CCR5 is a relatively new discovery..
Generally cancer spread through blood , lymphatic system and through direct contact with other organs ..
We know now that CCR5 is like GPS for some cancer cells , other than CCR5 I am not sure if we know of any other specific reason for metastasis.
I will try to do some DD , but if there will be some important paper on this subject , I am sure that Trding can locate it..
