I can’t say this was unexpected, but sooner than I thought. While this will undoubtedly put downward pressure on the share price in the short term, my hope is that positive cancer results will increase the share price before any of these additional shares are offered (i.e. terms better than $.50 and 1/2 warrant attached). If they released positive cancer results and then sought increase to AS, that would probably be worse.
