The most sense today is that as the CEO said another government agency contract was awarded today. He said a group at the outset and in the PR today he still said a group is still to come on board.
This is happening just as he indicated and he indicated much more in the shareholder meeting video. It's worth watching to know where this company and the PPS are going.
