I was just reading a post on the NTEK board where our intrepid anti-hero was mentioning stolen information being posted on boards in order to harm them and/or NTEK. Not to say anything terribly negative, but depending on what stolen information they're talking about, I've only seen the SEC notices as material, and that really isn't "stolen." It's right on the SEC webpage, fully accessible to the public. A basic web search finds it on the first page.
Maybe there were other documents that were received illegally that I don't know about. I don't spend a lot of time reading about or researching this stock anymore. It's too frustrating knowing what a great opportunity we had and how that opportunity has been falling through our fingers year after year. Falling, and subsequently failing. Based on what? Who knows at this point. Somewhere between the scale of bad management decisions and alleged behavior that may have initiated the current investigation. However, all that said, it seems a bit rich to be complaining about stolen anything when we have even the most basic memory for history with all involved. Whatever I guess. I basically assume this is a total loss at this point. I hope for all our sake that it's not the case, but I get less and less hopeful as the years go on and on and on.
