I ran a Filet Mignot & Prime Rib and Alaskan King Crab
and shrimp of some kind (years ago) dining room.
On Friday's we specialized with Filet Shish-ka-bob.
Oh man yum.

I was underpaid so that let me EAT - oh man !!
Never gained a pound.
