Good question and there are at least three possible answers.
1) Ford and GM have evaluated his product and determined it is either
a) not economically feasible while gasoline is below $5.00 per gallon.
b) bad engineering - in a rotary valve system the combustion surface must
also be a sealing surface. Carbon deposits equal eventual sealing
failure. (logical guess on my part)
2) He knows his product will not perform as advertised under third party
testing. (Could be why in 20 years we have never heard of third party
testing.)
