I think you are in error in thinking that we will have to wait for the minutes from the EMA mtg to know what transpired, you stating it would likely be like the FDA with a 30 day delay.
IPIX issued on 17 Dec a PR that they had a successful EOP2 mtg with the EPA and that was just a few days after the mtg. I expect the same to be the case with the EMA mtg. It is scheduled for this week per PR today, so I wouldn't be surprised to see a synopsis as to good/bad/proceed w/ Euro P3/etc as soon as next Monday morning. They don't need the minutes to issue an overall view of the tone and substance of the mtg.
We also will get IMO prior to the May 11 quarterly report info on financial dealings. As to cost of P3 for OM, our partner should be shouldering that burden so it becomes a moot point for IPIX.
Leo has been quite insistent on franchising out the IPIX indications for B and K and I don't see him changing his mind any time soon. Maybe in a couple of years, but nothing soon.
Just my WAG on the whole situation.
