This company floats frivolous information just so that the board of directors and the original owner can dump stock. There is currently 3.9 BILLION SHARES OUTSTANDING! Recent news about about Elite and Bad Love is just hype to get you all worked up. They're just trying to get your money. Buyer Beware!!!
The current CEO of Viaspace was the owner of Elite. He basically bought his own company with Viaspace stock. This whole thing stinks!!! Once again, proof that anyone can get a college education.
Also, it's clear that there are some members on this board that are trying to run the stock up to steel you blind. Warning!!!
