Still nothing on the blog. I'm hoping they are putting together a comprehensive update. Lots of good, hard questions coming out on this board the last couple of days. I'm hoping the valid concerns get addressed.
AC partners is a good step. I haven't done too much looking into AC partners as of yet. I did find them on buildzoom, but I know next to nothing about that website or how legit it is.

According to that site, they rank in the top 6% of licensed contractors in Florida. I'd like to take a look at the companies financials if they are available.
All in all, we still need a solid update from ANDI. I'd like them to lay their cards on the table. I want to know the particulars of their deals. HOW much revenue are they seriously expecting. HOW will the company(AC partners) be run, how will it be accountable to ANDI?
And, what are the overall plans of ANDI? Are they simply after revenue producing companies, or are they trying to corner a certain market so to speak?
Not to mention, how do they plan on dealing with the current share structure. That would be my very first question I want answered, as it's the one that will effect us the most I believe.
