Level of understanding.
With the job I do I have put in 55-60 hour weeks for months on end to get a number of projects done. My management could see my effort, but my management had no idea what, planning, stress, and commitment it took to make the deadlines on these projects.
How this relates to our investment at ANDI:
We are reading everyone at ANDI is putting in effort from updates for months now. The underlining issue is, we can't see the results. With this we can't confirm anything is happening. The shorts and bashers are having a field day with rubbing no results in our face every day. This is why we are frustrated as investors here and why our mindsets are leaning more negatively.
What I feel needs to be said:
Sometimes you have to reverse the scenario and put yourself in the other persons position. Investors can't see results and are frustrated and the company is working their butts off and don't feel appreciated.
Simple fix, show us some results.
