They would just need to gift more shares to company insiders...the same way they did it with the 36 million...only this time they give themselves enough shares to carry the vote.....then of course they do the r/s...
THis would be an affront to all shareholders but don't think for one minute they wouldn't do it.
They expected us to vote for the r/s proposal without telling us the why...
Now they'll try again on the 18th and the vote will be even worse....
Then what happens....
