I look at the short sale numbers not so much to see if NR is in trouble and expect it to help share price down the line (not saying it won't, just that I don't worry about that) but mainly use the numbers to see that next to no true longs or deep-pocketed investors in IPIX are bailing. I mean damn near nobody is unloading.

I take great heart in that and feel the only way IPIX could go bad would be if everything was a fraud and IMO that is about nil.
