I have to question who's behind the wheel now. They should have waited until they have a plan. This current RS proposal makes no logical sense to the current shareholders. This RS proposal have so questions up in the air.
If they manage to pass this garbage RS on 4/4, we probably still have the same dark cloud over our head. The uncertainty of the final RS ratio will still sideline many investors.
They are wasting valuable time on this garbage RS. They probably really think that they got all the votes they needed on 4/4.
They have not or probably will hide the voting result on 4/4.
Now that people know that we stand a chance with mgmt, I expect more people will be change vote to go AGAINST the current RS.
at least, one poster in iHub with 600K already change his/her stand.. more will band together and send a loud message to management.
