Covidean was the only "of value" spin-off from the corrupt Tyco empire. Everyone at Covidean was let go and they started all over again. Mr. Deem was a casulty as were 900 others. But frankly dogging Mr. Deem's qualifications is an old penny trader trick used to spread doubt into everything about a company when the sharre price isn't cooperating with the penny trader's view of how the world should work. Even left handed compliments like "I will need incontinence products soon" are a form of passive aggressive bash.
