A president and 3 VPs (all of sales)? If they work 2 shifts they would only need 2 desks. That would explain the lack of office space.
Kind of reminds me of a small town, 4-man police department with a Chief, Asst. Chief, Captain and Lieutenant. Where are the worker bees? Who answers the phones (if they have more than one)?
What is their track record? Is there any proof of results (other than a single page with photos of company logos on it)?
Not trying to throw cold water, just got in the habit of asking questions during a 30-year career.
