Dr.B. and Leo,being the astute management team that they are,
after watching this "game" play out over the last few years,
know full well I'm sure,what it will take to break the back of
"Shortie",break free and head for blue sky.

I believe that they have been working hard for the best "deal"
with that in mind.

I also believe that it will also be part of their strategy as to
how to present the upcoming news and when to present it.

I think that the "deal" PR will be the main engines blasting off
and then followed by "booster engines" firing for acceleration.
