Great questions! I think acquiring SC was a good move. The synergy between them makes sense. As far as the offering I honestly don’t know how all of this works. I think Rory was handed a crap deal by AGP, one that he couldn’t back out of without losing SC. There was also a curveball thrown at them because of that impending lawsuit which nearly cost them the uplist. There has been nothing made public as to sign ups and projected rev, that’s anyone’s guess. Hopefully we receive some rev guidenance soon. The last version of Tagg was only recently delivered so hopefully that means he’s no longer giving the platform away for free. Rory has been involved with SC since the fall I believe. The last earnings for SC that was released didn’t show numbers that reflected the increase in revenue since working with Verb which I would hope we’ll see in the 10Q for Q1.
