Read through rather quickly before work, next time I need a pen and paper to write everything going on with what the underwriter has and can do. Reading it I’m sure the underwriter had something to do with the enormous volume on Friday. I feel like they could have been selling to institutional investors as well, with longs mixing in. Whatever the case they had about a million shares for over allotment mixed with free shares and warrants. 1.5 million shares traded Friday more than likely got rid of a lot they were selling. The tight range Friday was telling as well. They didn’t want the price going up or down much.

That’s behind us now, or mostly, maybe some more today but longs are ready to buy additional shares, especially under $3.13.
