Probably the smartest thing I've heard on this board, raising 20 million on the otc through funds would of been bloody and a hell of a lot more disgusting then me giving upnall my shares for you good shareholders.
Yes I remember when a few mill was raised and it was blood and guts, but 4 people giving up everything is grounds to be bludgeoned, famed if you do famed if you don't now I know why all management teams take care of themselves first, because no one appreciates when they don't.
