What I sorta figure they are doing now with the Ads are waiting till all these organizations, states, ect. all get the big build up of awareness of the problem with Distracted Driving, because all you find if you look on the net is all these groups/states talking about it all over the USA.
Then when its at the peak they will wham bam with there campaign to get the most bang for there buck... I'm sure it could have been described differently but I believe all get what I'm talking about.
Like with any product if you've got the BIG BUZZ going on about a problem /or anything else then you hit hard with the solution.
