Large number of OTC market bottom specialists alerting $INCC now after the start of loading at .0001 + .0002 over the last few days.
Possible buyout of the ticker being mentioned by some.
I'm compiling a list and will post here later.
They are all in addition to those who control most of the .0001/.0002s from last year.
Some are big players on the iHub market bottom breakout rooms and are deliberately staying off the irrelevant nonsense $INCC board.
I'll also be checking the Skype top trader rooms.
