Dalton said we have a contract with the subsequent owners of Agrimed (presumably MRMD). Their filings (Due April 17th after receiving 15 day extension) should contain the contract which means we go current before the 17th. RAD is the big question? Did we sign yet or not? I would assume yes which means filings this week. Friday pre-market the latest since RAD is due to release filings on the 11th.

Any thoughts guys? Could be a crazy week or two ahead!
