Well under the context of what I was highlighting that just common sense and facts in the market that is correct "it may never have value" so go get a stock certificate for you shares, go to a bank with your cert, hand it to the bank manager and say you want to Collateraluse a loan with these share - I gaurantee you this is what he will say "these shares have no value and you want to borrow a thousand dollars from these shares, he will laugh then say they have no value and you'll say they will, and he will say without a value now and know way of knowing if it will every have a value, your loan is denied because these shares are worthless and you can't gaurantee they will ever be valuable" LOAN DENIED!
