Does not surprise me. The attempt has always been to harm the stock price of the company and crying about insider trading is trying to intimidate people.

It is so sad to watch a vendetta consume someone like that. People are laughing at "insider trading" and he doesn't even realize it. that's what happens when you are blinded by hate imo.
