While I am upset with the way they are proceeding to get their R/S proposal approved, I would not go so far as to accuse them of not caring about the stock price.
then what would be your explanation for allowing the share-price to plummet when as the CEO you are aware that a particular medium is shorting and destroying the share-price ? what would be your explanation for that action ??

it appears that you still have a modicum of faith that management is transparent and truthful with shareholders.
i stand on the other side and have found more evidence that management does not care about shareholder value mainly because their actions their actions prove it.
i wouldn't put any money on this comp[any until they provide a real business strategy and plan that shareholders approve. but,..thats me.
