Google greenshoe on Wikipedia. I believe that is what is happening here. Could be wrong, been wrong before. I posted the link a month or so ago not really understanding that it would go quite this low but it all makes sense.
After the 9th we are off to the races again. Don’t look at the SP. Look at the volume. There was a ton of SMART Nasdaq money who knew how this would play out, just waiting to get their chunk of VERB. Everything is OK here nothing is broken. Volume begets SP appreciation. It is no coincidence we traded in the tight range we did.
