I don't know the whole process either but there is an outside chance they sold so many, giving someone or someones a chance to buy a boat load at a cheap price. I suspect it was orchestrated for some good reason.
I have no doubt AGP knows exactly what they are doing.
Darned if I know why they did this way though.
It could be they are still holding a bunch of shares for the long run.
They are smart, experienced people...
