yet,..when its filling time its amazing how accurate OWCP /Stanley / Mordechai are incredibly accurate. which means they have the ability to communicate clearly.

but,...if since many matters OWCP management has been involved with 'make no sense' common sense tells an individual if it doesn't make sense then,..

it's not the OWCP shareholder inability to comprehend or understand.

it's clearly OWCP's management that is distancing the shareholder from accurate and privy information about the company operations.


WE shareholders are the owners of this company,...yet OWCP management act as if we are a surface nuisance.
