yes i can see where the confusion happened.....and i am sorry i thought it was rj that asked that question....it was you then....but Joe cleared all the confusion by stating what is fact and what is truth.....
i don't think this is an issue anymore.....he can buy apples and sell on a side walk if he chooses to do so....and that should be fine....(Joe that was a metaphor....please don't invest in apples to be sold on a side walk)....
