incorrect again they are our shares, the shares were never donated back to Generex if that's the case then there would only be 26 million shares out and the 34 million would go back into treasury- the only the Generex gets out of those shares when sold or transferred are assets or the cash, but make no mistake about it those shares are still owned by the 4 of us.
