If we vote both options down on the 18th..there is nothing to stop the company from starting this process all over again....and this time they would probably take steps to ensure they have the votes to carry the r/s..I'd hate to think they would do something like this but the possibility is there and this would send a loud and clear message that they could care less about their shareholders..It's already starting to feel this way..I am sad to say.

It really pisses me off that it has come to this..and that they refuse to communicate with us...
