drexel....if you do the math calculations for what us shareholders, plus veneto, plus what is in the secondary pool shares of ngio....you will find that it is such a small number....for this to be soooo dillutive is inaccurate...
i think i did some math with the numbers and i came up with 394,000,000 that will be the supposed shares in the ngio entity.....if the numbers that were given by gnbt to be accurate.....
let me make this more understandable....there are 60.3 million shares in gnbt,...let's think that 15 million were the shares given in the 1 to 4 dividend scheme...that's 15 million of 394,000,000....which represents about 3.8 %....
so here we are still arguing a valueless entity when we should be supporting our ceo in his and our quest for a better tomorrow...
