one last thought from this side of the ocean....
the Veneto deal is done....we own that baby.....and all we paid for it is the 4 amigos' shares in the pool....it cost us nothing....no dilution (even-though the pps reacted like it did)....
so from now forward....WE OWN VENETO....we don't have to raise cash for this deal.....and we thank Veneto for accepting our offer....
i think there may be some issues concerning the revenue numbers....but that will clear out in the next quarter and we can go on with our lives.....Veneto's executives are in with us on this deal....its not just a sale, its a collaboration...like Terry stated late last year:
Terry Thompson, Generex Chief Operating Officer, said, “We welcome the Veneto team who will join us to create the backbone of our corporate management team. They bring with them a wealth of experience and understanding of the market. Their knowledge and experience will provide support and guidance as we engage in our plan to rapidly grow the Company. The advanced systems at Veneto allow for control of processes including Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Finance, HR, and Sales and Operations and we look forward to incorporating them into the larger organization.”
