am no moderator, but i think some type of etiquette is required from now forward to deter negative feedback, i suggest:
1- you should not assume what you know is a fact....its an opinion....and you should state so in your sentences like 'i believe', 'i think', 'i opine'....
2- what your opinion is, may or may not be true....so be ready to accept an alternate opinion and/or fact.....
3- when speaking to the ceo and/or board members , try to be respectful, even if you disagree with what he/she is saying....otherwise you will be taken as a sademployee and/or icaredoyou type....
4- patience is a virtue....try to see the positives and how they will impact down the line....be wary of the negatives and how they will impact down the line....
and lastly:
5- use the board as an educational platform, with many other tools to make a sound investment.....
