Funny you asked this question....i was thinking about this, God forbid, something were to happen to you, that this truly will not work without you holding all the strings.....what you have done for this company and these shareholders is truly amazing.....we have positive equity, we have new assets in the form of companies and companies assets, we have good will and intangibles, we have nol to use for 10 years down the line....we have a future that is looking very bright...all you have to do now is stay the ship on course and find dry land...


What happens if I drop dead and the new CEO does not spin it out because he wants to keep it. This is business anything can happen, deals change all the time, the intention within 90 days is to spin it out with a merge and other assets and yes to one day get a value.
