Pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated April 4, 2017, A/C Partners of Florida, Inc., a Florida corporation, merged into a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, IGLU Acquisition, Inc on or about June 27, 2017. In connection there with,A/Partners lone stockholder, Kenneth Boutilier, was issued 400,000,000 (four hundred million) shares of the Company’s common stock and became our controlling stockholder.
In addition, he was thereafter named the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, President and Director. A/C Partners was the surviving entity in its merger and remains the wholly owned, operational subsidiary of the Company.
