Right you are. I think the disconnect we are having is, At least in part, In the back of our minds some are thinking we got hosed by Venoto. Then you realized the accounting revenue problem and fixed it by restructuring a lower price. Not the best situation but at least we had the accommodation made. Then we find out they also get NGIO shares for free. It feels a little like we got violated a second time. I understand what was done and why. I may not like it but what’s done is done. You have put together a great team and will push through.
