It's 21 million dollars, no OID, no interest, no baked in profit to raise 21 million to give them would be 5 -6 million more, so how would you do it go to a fund and say I want to give you 8.4 million shares at 2.50 and yes my stock is 1.50, and trust me it will get to 2.50, and no you can't make a profit, hahahahahahaha wow
