$4M of shares were sold today. $4M of shares were also bought today.
By how many retail and institutional investors, I don't know but I'd imagine there were quite a few buyers.
Also think about who had $4M laying around. I know others like myself were shifting things quickly to free up some cash. Not everyone could. Will there be the same opportunity next week when funds settle, transfer, etc?
Who has/had 1.5M shares to sell?
There were only 6,389,776 shares offered to institutions plus the over-allotment option of 958,466
Did 20% of them get cold feet overnight all of a sudden decided to sell at a > 10% loss?

That wouldn't make any sense
Someone wanted to sell below the offering price today. For what reasons, I will need to wait for the book to come out. They could have sold higher. Retail investors like myself would have bought higher than $3
Looking forward to next week. Is the first 15 plays on the NASDAQ scripted?
I like to think so but excited about being in the game. Got a killer offense that is taking the field and we got rid of the punter.
