that's vote AGAINST anymore ext. for them to burn more of our cash to pass this RS
7K burned in round 2... maybe they will get a 50% off on the Round 2.. or maybe 10K to give'em most insensitive to do a better job.

let's UNITed one more time and VOTE NO and VOTE against any more exts.
For those of you who voted YES the 1st time, don't you want more details on the RS then the current proposal.. VOTing NO will force mgmt to come with a better plan or at the very least share more details... a Plan that we can live with.. not a PLAN that just trust us, we know what's best for you.. any ratio up to 500
They issued ~20MM commons the last 2 months.. not sure we the receiving party.. Discovery is the most likely entity..
why issue another 20MM at this low PPS? I know we need cash for future trails. that's the future.. I rather see them paid the next couple of month with cash on hand then issuing more shares for monthly payment..
If they truly believe that the tablet after the 4 months trails can seek approval to export. It make more sense to burn some cash on hand to bridge the gap between now and then.
