apparently CEO is going to raise the A/S to 30B but it hasn't shown
yet on otcmkt probably will after hrs today.
At anyrate I think worst case scenario O/S goes to 20B
into MAY then CEO can stop the dilution and start the
buyback and with Catalyst NEWs of VINAFILMS AUDIT+
LUX FUNDs access + Diamond exchange news all
expected to hit in MAY we can still go much higher
.
If O/S does go all the way to 20B my tgt is still .0025 for
end of May 2019 as long as the above Catalysts get
done in MAY.
