To approve one or more adjournments to the Meeting, if necessary or appropriate, to permit further solicitation of proxies if there are not sufficient votes at the time of the Meeting cast in favor of Proposal No. 1.
---I voted against more adjournments.. no point of giving them more time to solicit vote to pass current RS.
Bruce, since they can't change or update the content of the current proxy.
Are you expecting them to bring more info. to the table before 4/18? I'm not sure what can they do in 2 weeks to provide clarity to the current RS proxy..
obvious plot here is to solicit more votes to pass the RS.
Like you stated, the one that just go along with Yes probably will change their vote knowing the we actually stand a chance against mgmt. and voted down on 4/4
